Playstation VR: “The Solus Project” available now
The Solus Project is a first-person survival-exploration adventure set on a mysterious and seemingly uninhabited alien planet. In the role of the protagonist, you have been sent to the vastness of the universe with an important mission: you have to visit Gliese-6143-C and find out if the planet is suitable for a colonization. The fate of humanity rests in your hands: you must survive.
On arrival, something unforeseen happens and the space ship crashes. The crew members die and the equipment is destroyed. Since the radio contact to the spaceship fleet is also lost, you must explore the alien planet on your own. You encounter the ruins of an alien civilization that lead deep into the interior of the planet.
Dangerous environmental conditions
In order to survive, you must produce food and medical equipment and find ways to defy the inhospitable climatic conditions, including tornadoes and meteor showers. You can move around by yourself or by teleportation.
According to the developers, the playing time is about 15 hours. The PC version of The Solus Project was developed by the Swedish Tuotl Studios. The Czech Studio Digital Grip is responsible for the porting on Playstation 4 and Playstation VR.
The Solus Project is now available in the Playstation Store and costs $19.99. PlayStation Plus members can save 20% off the regular price.
