Bright Memory: New gameplay for action-packed VR shooter

The developer of Bright Memory, an action game with VR support, recently released a new gameplay video. The one-man project is scheduled to come on the market in 2018. Which VR-glasses are supported, is currently unclear.

A few weeks ago, the developer studio FYQD Studio delivered a first trailer for the new Ego shooter Bright Memory. The Surprising: The game is a one-man project . Concept and execution are from the pen of the developer Zeng Xiancheng.

Bouncer in fantasy setting

The new six-minute gameplay video to Bright Memory makes you want more.

As you can see from the video, Bright Memory reminds a bit about a mixture of Shadow Warrior and the AAA title Skyrim. We see the nameless protagonist, who is fighting through a mountain landscape in the fantasy setting. On her way she meets not only wolves and skeletal warriors, but also a dragon. At the end of the video is also a fight against a monster that looks like a Buddhist mutant deity.

The first-person shooter makes use of the Unreal Engine 4 and is expected to be playable only in the single player. In combat, you will be able to choose between weapons and swords, according to the Wccftech portal.

VR support confirmed, accurate information is missing

The developer acknowledges that Bright Memory will also receive Virtual Reality support, but for the time being there is no accurate information on the supported glasses. Furthermore, Xiancheng’s FPS is due for release at some point in 2018
